Wedding FAQs

General

  • Please RSVP by June 10th to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

  • A room block has been reserved The Madison Hotel. Please be sure to book your rooms by June 6th .

  • Yes! Shuttle services will be provided for guests from The Madison Hotel to Pendry Natirar for cocktail/reception and afterparty. Details are in the transportation section.

  • About 20-25 minutes

  • The dress code is Black Tie. Tuxedos or dark-colored suits for men, and floor-length gowns for women. Summer-inspired colors like soft pastels, sunset tones, and floral hues are encouraged!

  • We kindly ask that you only bring the guests listed in your party as indicated on your electronic RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

  • We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration—unless you been told otherwise. Thank you for understanding!

Ceremony

  • Please plan to arrive between 2:00 and 2:30 PM to allow time to park and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests are seated by then.

  • The ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass, lasting approximately 45 minutes.

  • After the church, guests who are staying at The Madison Hotel are welcome to check in and get wedding ready for shuttle pick up at 5:30pm.

Reception

  • Cocktail hour begins at 6:30pm and the reception will be from 7:30-11:30pm.

  • Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoor.
